You drive compliance, transparency and profitability in our most modern production plant - especially injection moulding technology - by working with the local organization as a business partner and establishing the link to the corporate financial function. You are the business partner for the local manager and the factory management team. You'll create the budgets and forecasts for management. You prepare the regular reports (cost and performance indicators, e.g. target-act analyses and productivity), comment on them and guide action recommendations. You create and present analyses, reports and business cases for all management levels as well as ad hoc analyses. You support investment projects, for example by reviewing, approving and recalculating profitability calculations. You develop and coach the factory controller at the location with which you share the tasks.

You have completed a degree in Business Administration (or comparable) or Business Engineering ideally with a focus on controlling. You have over 5 years of experience in the financial sector, of which at least 3 years of professional experience in factory controlling (knowledge and experience with standard cost deviations). You have a deep understanding of financial modeling techniques and relevant KPIs. You have very good MS Office skills, especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint, as well as good SAP skills (modules: FI/CO/MM), experience with standard cost systems (ideally SAP COPA) and SAP4Hana is desirable. You have a solution-oriented and analytical personality with a pronounced hands-on mentality, are extroverted and able to communicate, network and present at different levels of the organization. You speak fluent English (B2+) and German (B2+).
