AI Consultant Digitization & Automation

Actively shape the corporate AI strategy and introduce your own impulses from idea to implementation. Advise management and executives on the opportunities and risks of AI and ensure close cooperation between the digitization team, IT, process management and specialist areas. Design and implement AI applications as well as AI-based process automation – from pilot to successful rollout. Identify and evaluate AI potentials and take responsibility for managing and implementing specific AI projects. Develop AI agencies, design intelligent processes and workflows and accompany the introduction of new AI tools in the company.

You have a degree in the STEM field, in the field of economic engineering or a comparable qualification with relevant practical experience. You have very good knowledge of AI models, data architectures, automation tools and professional prompting. You bring multi-year experience in digitalization, automation and data-driven improvement projects - ideally with end-to-end implementation from idea to pilot to rollout. You have practice in change management and the introduction of new technologies. You have experience in designing and implementing workflows, automations and digital solutions. You have a basic understanding of modern LLM applications (Prompting, Retrieval/RAG, Embeddings).
