Senior Finance Manager (m/w/d) - Group Controlling / FP&A

As Senior Finance Manager (m/w/d) - Group Controlling / FP&A, you play a central role in building our group-wide control and reporting structures. You make sure that data becomes clear decision bases and we can actively control the performance of our societies. We develop our finance function in a targeted way: a modern, group-wide control platform with a clear focus on transparency, performance and data-based decisions. We need your support for that!

With more than 1,000 employees, 20+ subsidiaries and 48 locations in Germany and Austria, we are building a scalable platform with sustainable value added as part of a clear buy-and-bone strategy. Group Controlling & Reporting Building and developing a group-wide reporting framework

Analysis of the performance of our subsidiaries

Development and control of relevant KPIs at group level

Further development of reporting, data and system landscapes

Standardization of processes and KPI logic across multiple societies

FP&A & Control Development and development of budget, forecast and rolling forecast processes

Implementation of deviation analyses (Plan vs. Is)

Development of scenario and sensitivity analyses

Close cooperation with: local stakeholders

CFO and Management

Group Accounting

Multiannual experience in the field (Group-)Controlling, FP&A or Finance Transformation

Strong analytical background and business confession

Experience in KPI Frameworks, Reporting & Performance Control, Budget and Forecast Processes

Experience in handling multi-entity structures of advantage as well as ideally experience in PE/VC driven companies or dynamic growth fields
