Guide construction projects in project management according to AHO from project development to commissioning Structure and manage the project organization Monitor and ensure quality standards/quality goals Management of project risks and contracts Taxes on dates and costs of demanding construction projects We continuously support and advise our customers and builders Managing one or more internal project teams professionally Participation in the acquisition of new project orders including Participation in presentation, offer and negotiation dates

Successfully completed studies in the fields of civil engineering, architecture, project management in civil engineering, real estate management or economic engineering (construction) Multiannual professional experience in the project management of construction projects according to AHO, among others with successful and independent management of projects Funded knowledge of the procurement and compensation regulations (VgV, HOAI) as well as the relevant construction contract regulations (e.g. VOB, BGB) Power of persuasion, enforcement and negotiation skills Communication strength and team spirit Very good computer skills (MS Office, MS Project, project communication system)
