At the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Innovation, Digital and Energy, at the closest possible point in time, the

Administration of Higher Service (m/w/d)

in Unit B/1 – Foundations, succession, promotion of entrepreneurship - to be filled in full time. The employment rate is fixed for a period of two years.

Your tasks

The area of responsibility includes the following areas:

• Processing of funding projects in the field of foundation/start-ups in Saarland
• Examination of applications for funding in the field of start-up and start-up funding with a view to compliance with funding and content requirements (applications for funding under the European Regional Development Fund - ERDF and in the context of relevant national programmes, in particular Starter Scholar).
• Continuous controlling of the funding measures in coordination with project promoters/assisted beneficiaries and reporting on implementation.
• cooperation in the clarification of administrative and budgetary matters in the course of the above-mentioned funding activities.
• cooperation in the organisation and implementation of dates within the framework of the above-mentioned funding measures in which the MWIDE is involved (e.g. student company fairs, start-up information events at universities).
• Cooperation in implementing measures/organizations of the Saarland Offensive Foundation network (SOG)
• Public relations on the subject of foundation and corporate succession, in particular the central care of the website (gruenden.saarland) and the social media channels of the SOG network.
• Cooperation with projects for the exterior representation and visualization of the startup landscape in Saarland.
• Cooperation in the organization and implementation of information events on the topic of establishment and succession of companies with partners in the SOG network, e.g. IHK, HWK and SIKB.
• cooperation in tenders or tenders awards of other public contracts related to the abovementioned activities.
• Support for regular and/or registration-related research on foundation-relevant topics, statistics, appointment preparations etc.
• Written and oral answer to requests from interested founders.

Your qualification

(m/w/d) must have the following requirements:

• A university degree (Bachelor or equivalent degree, e.g. FH Diploma) is expected in a field with clear reference to the field of responsibility, e.g. in the fields of administrative science or business management. In addition, persons with university degrees are admitted to a comparable subject, which are suitable for the performance of the tasks due to other specialist skills and experience acquired.
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as good communication skills.
• Safe handling of all Microsoft - Office products and interest in dealing with social media.
• Knowledge of the right to grant and household law is advantageous.

The classification is based on the provisions of the collective agreement for the public service of the countries (TV-L). In the case of a level allocation to a pay group, relevant professional experience as well as supporting periods may be taken into account in the level allocation. (m/w/d) is also entitled to an additional pension and survivor's pension under equity.
