Hygiene Management Officer (m/f/d)

You take over the cross-coordination of the conceptual further development and implementation of the foundation-wide hygiene strategy and have a significant impact on the design, development and further development of a foundation-wide hygiene quality management with uniform standards with You coordinate and structure the topics of the Franziskus Foundation's hygiene working group, prepare the content for meetings and decisions in a targeted manner and support subject-related working groups (e.g. by templates, guidelines and guidelines) You plan, control and monitor foundation-wide hygiene projects, including appointment, milestone and action tracking, and ensure that agreed goals are achieved transparently and on time You create meaningful overviews, decision-making templates and information materials for different target groups (e.g. management, hygiene professionals, employees in care and service) and make complex content understandably ready You act as a central interface between the Foundation, the hygiene departments of the facilities and the Competence Center for Microbiology and Hygiene of St. Francis Hospital Münster and ensure a smooth flow of information You are the first contact person for all hygienic interfaces within the Foundation, e.g. in the fields of Purchasing / Materials Management, Cleaning, Technical Hygiene, Gastronomy and Medical Devices, and bring the stakeholders to a table

Experience in project and quality management, preferably in health care (e.g. in the introduction, implementation or evaluation of hygiene projects and audits) (m/w/d), health scientist (m/w/d) or comparable qualification with a strong relation to hygiene, patient safety or quality management High affinity for structured, process and quality-oriented work Embossed coordinating skills, pleasure in interface work and interdisciplinary cooperation Joy in actively shaping a newly created function and developing the hygienic structures and processes in the foundation network Very good communicative skills in word and writing as well as the competence to prepare complex facts in a manner that is appropriate to the address Standing for regular service trips within the foundation association (sites in North Rhine-Westphalia and Bremen) Identification with the values of a Christian foundation
