Mechatronics Technician / Industrial Mechanic for Pump Assembly (m/f/d)

For ProMinent GmbH we are looking for a mechatronic / industrial mechanic (m/w/d) for pump assembly.

Assembly: You mount custom process pumps and mechanical assemblies according to oral specifications, sketches and drawings using the following manufacturing methods: drilling, grinding, lapping, soldering and assembly. Adjustment: The adjustment and fine tuning of movable components to ensure functionality are your tasks. Connecting techniques: You screw, glue, press or fit components. Electromechanics: You build electromechanical assemblies and wire them. Test: You carry out leak testing and performance testing of the metering pumps. Document and analyze the measured values. Error analysis: You analyze and diagnose mechanical and electrical problems. Repair: You repair and repair process pumps: independent error analysis, fixing of repair costs, communication with other specialist departments and implementation of repair.

Education: You have completed technical training as mechatronics, industrial mechanics, etc. Professional experience: You have experience in the assembly of mechanical and electromechanical components, ideally in the area of metering pumps or similar precision technology. Technical understanding: You have very good knowledge in reading technical drawings and lists. Measurement technology: You are safely converted with measuring and testing equipment. Software knowledge: You have experience in dealing with SAP and the common MS Office programs. Personal strengths: You are characterized by enforcing and a sovereign appearance even in difficult situations. Language skills: You have very good German skills.
