As Junior Project Manager (m/w/x) at Gütersloh site, you support the management of our construction department, take responsibility and develop step by step into an independent project management role. With a clear view for quality, costs and appointments, you will shape our locations of tomorrow and be binding to achieve the goal. Are you on it?

Support of the construction department management: In close cooperation with the Real Estate division, you will accompany national and international construction projects and participate in the development of complete sites - from the property inspection to the building planning. Coordination & Cooperation: The coordination with internal logisticians:inside, TGA planners:inside and external specialist planners:inside, your everyday life is just as important as securing a common project understanding. Structured project organisation: Meetings are efficiently pre- and post-processed by you, documented results in a clean manner and consistently tracked measures to create transparency and commitment in the project. Data management & analysis: You build cost and project databases, carefully examine them and guide them from analyses based decision bases and recommendations for action. Development to project management: With increasing experience, you are increasingly taking over your own subprojects and are constantly developing into independent project management.

Academic background: You have completed a master's degree in architecture or civil engineering and have already gained first practical experience in construction projects - e.g. through internships or work students. Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing allow you to communicate safely in the international project environment. IT‐ & Methodology Competence: The safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is natural for you; Experiences with databases are a plus. Analytical procedure: You work structured, have a high number affinity and keep track of complex issues. Personality & Mindset: Organizational talent, team spirit, clear communication as well as the will to take responsibility and deliver results are the key.
