• Third-party funds, special funds and resources - (TV-L E 9b, 75%) indefinitely. Activities in the fields of third-party and special funds and resources. In detail: administrative support of scientists in the application of third-party and special funding projects from various donors (e.g. the Federal Government, Land, DFG, DAAD) administrative contact for the mediators Preparation of the Computation Methods Preparing and contributing to the accounting of third-party, special and resource projects under the annual accounts Management of the financial contribution of the State of Lower Saxony (resources) Compilation of evaluations for university management Management of individual resource-funded internal orders Examination and approval of resources for personnel and procurement Advising the scientists for the proper use of funds and ongoing budget monitoring using SAP

You have a completed university degree as a Dipl.-administratorin (FH), managerin (FH), bachelor's degree in a commercial course, a completed second employee examination; or a relevant training with a completed additional training comparable to the Bachelor, e.g. balance sheet accounting, completion at an administrative and economic academy, and at least two years of professional experience which is relevant to the workplace. You also have Knowledge of the application of an ERP system (optimally SAP ERP) the ability and willingness to consult and support scientists in requesting and hosting third-party projects (service orientation) Comprehensive team competence and joy in cooperation high work accuracy high IT affinity proven knowledge in commercial accounting proven knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and Word German knowledge (C1 level) Remarkable: Knowledge of budget law good English skills
