We produce various types of chocolate and cuver doors, but also nuts and kernels are packed into nut and dry fruit mixtures. We are one of the largest and most modern food factories in Europe and provide you with a professional challenge including a collegial working atmosphere.

• Operation, control and monitoring of automated production facilities and elimination of minor disorders in the chocolate sector

• Documentation of all relevant documents for production and quality assurance

• Compliance with the applicable hygiene guidelines, quality standards (e.g. IFS, HACCP) and regulations regarding environmental protection, occupational safety and quality management

• Cleaning work throughout the production area while maintaining hygiene standards including documentation

• active participation and co-design at shop floor and team meetings

• completed professional or technical training, desirable as confectionery technologe (w/m/d), specialist for food technology, machine and plant guide (w/m/d) or a comparable qualification

• ideally first experience in handling chocolate production plants

• good technical understanding and craftsmanship

• an independent working and positive team spirit

• Ready to work in the 3-layer system
