Program Manager Aerospace (m/f/d)

General management and control of the programmes and projects assigned to you, including cost, appointment and performance responsibility Building, organizing and managing teams, resources, processes and tools for successful program implementation Development and monitoring of program baselines, risks, opportunities and resource plans Ensuring clear internal and external communication of all program objectives and requirements resolve conflicts, priorities and unplanned problems; Development of appropriate measures and escalation strategies Regular reporting of programme status to management Construction and maintenance of industrial relations with engineering, quality, production, finance and purchasing as well as suppliers and customers In supplier management: controlling the cost, timing and performance targets of essential suppliers

Technical requirements completed studies of engineering or natural sciences or comparable qualifications; 5–10 years of relevant experience in aviation Detectional experience in managing complex development, testing and certification projects (€>5 million) Experience in the management of technical innovations and in multidisciplinary teams Experience in the management and evaluation of suppliers as well as the creation of SOWs as well as offer assessments and negotiations Personal requirements Impressed management, analysis and problem solving skills and ability to work independently Safe handling of risk and chance management as well as planning and termination tools (e.g. Microsoft Project) Very good communication skills and experience with management presentations
