As an expert (m/w/d) Strategic Recruiting & Employer Branding, you will shape the strategic orientation of our recruiting and develop our employer brand in a sustainable manner. You introduce your expertise to build and implement modern, data-based and target-group-oriented talent acquisition strategies. In this role, you act as an important interface between HR, departments and external partners and contribute significantly to strengthening the attractiveness of our employer brand. Development and implementation of a future-oriented recruiting strategy – including channel evaluation, active sourcing, talent pipelines and data-based optimization (e.g. Time‐to‐Hire, channel performance) Negotiating central framework contracts in the field of recruiting and cost-conscious Vendor Management Development of effective measures for tailor-made talent approach Strategic positioning of the employer brand and building a consistent candidate experience, including internal and external communication measures Build and support our social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok), including the development of a KPI-based social media strategy Creating target group-specific content such as stories, videos, collaboration portraits and campaign elements Planning, organisation and support of Employer‐Branding-Events Preparation of presentations, workshops and meetings as well as care and documentation of central processes and standards
Successfully completed studies, ideally focusing on business psychology, HR management, communication sciences, business management or a comparable subject area Multiannual experience in strategic recruiting and employer branding, ideally in an international or technology-oriented environment Embossed analytical and conceptual thinking combined with creativity, high communication skills and self-initiative Safe handling of social media, recruiting technologies and modern HR tools Professional stakeholder management and experience in cooperation with different disciplines Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
