Maintenance and processing of defects of expert examination Processing of fault messages and ticket processing in the customer system (ITC ) Coordination of appointments with foreign companies and audit organisations Evaluation, feedback of maintenance protocols General office organization and coordination such as maintenance of databases

Commercial / technical training e.g. as a merchant for office management / industrial merchant / merchant in craft or comparable Technical understanding and 2 years of professional experience Ideal would be knowledge with CAFM systems (computer-aided facility management), ITC , SAP and Planon Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. C1) Good knowledge of MS Office applications Careful and responsible operation
