The 18-24-month, Germany-wide Hilti career program for Sales & Marketing is a unique national development program with real responsibility from the first day through the start as Sales Manager (m/w/d) in the Munich, Rosenheim, Ingolstadt, Passau and Landshut area and the already defined further development perspective into a target position in marketing at one of our main locations.

The career program for Sales & Marketing is an individual program and prepares you for a diverse career with us. You start with us as Sales Manager (m/w/d) in the Greater Munich, Rosenheim, Ingolstadt, Passau or Landshut, and get to know our core business – sales – firsthand: You're on your way five days a week to inspire your own customers. You meet them at their respective locations - whether on construction sites, workshops or offices. You are responsible for the operational and strategic management of your sales area. The classic cold acquisition does not exist with us: one of your core tasks is the care of your existing regional customer base and the intensive care and deepening of our partnership relations. The 18-24 month program is diverse and challenging, individual coaching and direct mentoring guarantee close support and support through a head of marketing. Parallel to your work in the sales field, you will take a marketing project in the second year to expand your experience and network in our marketing team. You can get to know yourself and your strengths even better, together with your mentor, to decide which target position in marketing (e.g. Trademarketing Manager, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, etc.) is fully based on your passion.
