Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the IT compliance team according to the pbb leadership principles Ensure the compliance and governance compliance of IT systems and IT processes in close cooperation with the internal and external stakeholders Definition of regulatory, but also efficient IT processes as well as ensuring group-wide compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements Enterprise Architecture Management: Responsibility for the definition, implementation and continuous development / Optimization of the bank-wide IT target architecture taking into account regulatory requirements Release- & Test-Governance: Definition of governance requirements and quality assurance for release and test processes as well as their legally compliant adaptation to an agile operation Management of IT risk management processes, validation of IT risk analyses and monitoring of risk mitigation according to MaRisk/BAIT Central contact for internal audit, external auditors and banking supervision (JST / ECB) during IT audits Creation of compliance, risk and security reports for the Executive Board, CISO and supervisory bodies Deputy CISO: Support / Representation of the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) in strategic and operational issues of information security

Successfully completed studies of (economic) informatics, economics, law or a comparable qualification Multiannual (min. 5 years) sound experience in IT compliance, IT audit or IT governance in a regulated financial institution or audit firm First detectable leadership experience or profound experience in managing complex regulatory projects. In-depth understanding of bank supervision requirements (in particular DORA, MaRisk and BAIT) combined with sound knowledge in IT risk management according to common standards and frameworks (e.g. NIST) Understanding secure IT architectures (Cloud / On-Premise) and regulatory requirements for the software life cycle (SDLC / Testing) Detectional practice in the monitoring of ECB (OSI) and §44-KWG audits Enforcement strength, strategic thinking, diplomatic skill and excellent communication skills at management level German and English knowledge in word and writing CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP or comparable qualifications are advantageous
