As a CNC Programmer (m/w/d), you will be part of a dynamic team focused on precision and efficiency in manufacturing technology. You are the key to the programming, optimization and support of modern CNC milling machines and make sure that manufacturing processes take place both qualitatively high-quality and on time. You work closely in exchange with mechanical processing and are the contact person for masters and machining mechanic. Your use contributes significantly to smooth production by introducing innovative solutions and always having an eye on process stability.

• Programming of CNC milling machines according to quality, cost and time requirements
• Examination of the created CNC programs for possible collisions
• Continuous optimization of existing programs and manufacturing processes
• Creation of clamping plans and selection of suitable tools
• Planning and procurement of special tools and devices
• Creation of production documentation such as tool lists and setup descriptions
• Regular information exchange with mechanical processing
• Instruction of masters and cutting mechanics in newly developed CNC programs
• Supporting the team with questions and challenges on CNC programs
• Ensuring reliable and fault-free production

For the role as CNC programmer (m/w/d), we are looking for a careful and analytically thinking personality that has fun working with modern technologies. You bring the ability to solve complex tasks and optimize processes without losing sight of the details. Ideally, you meet the following requirements:

• Complete training in the field of mechanical engineering, machining or a similar field
• Practical experience in CNC programming and operation of milling machines
• Secure handling of CAD/CAM systems and relevant software tools
• Good understanding of technical drawings and production plans
• commitment to process improvements and quality improvement
• Team skills and communication strength for exchange with colleagues
