Performance campaigns: You take responsibility for our paid-advertising channels. Whether Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns or Instagram/Facebook Ads – You are planning, controlling and opting for a clear focus on conversions and sales. Every Euro Mediaspend you turn twice and get the maximum. Data and Analytics: You do not only measure success, you live it. With tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, etc., you can accurately track all relevant KPIs (CPA, CPL, ROAS...) and start meaningful reports. Trends and vulnerabilities can be recognized immediately – and take action. A/B tests and continuous fine tuning are standard procedure for you. Growth Strategies: Together with the online marketing manager and management, you develop growth strategies, e.g. new performance channels, funnel optimization or retargeting campaigns to scale our customer base. Close cooperation: You are Sparringspartner for our sales. The best thing: these are as crazy people as you! Each meeting ends with at least one falling from the chair (not that this happens to you...). Budget management: You don't know a limit? Neither do we! If the numbers are correct This means you prioritize spending where You bring the largest ROI, and support your budget allocation with loadable data. With us all doors are open to you! Your Perfomance: At least 4 years of experience in performance marketing (dynamic environment such as agency or start-up would be a plus). You know the common ad platforms from the Effeff! You did a successful campaign case study? Mega! Show us! Analytical thinking: numbers are your home. Excel pivots, dashboarding, attribution models – you know how to make data gold. Your practical ability to translate data into action is more important to us than an analytical study background (BWL, Business Informatics, etc.). Hands-on-Mentality: Start-Up-typically, you're not too bad for anything – from keyword research setup to the expression of ad texts. You work independently, aim-oriented and responsively flexible when priorities move. Own? Yeah, but not alone! The online marketing manager keeps your back free, the content marketing manager will help you to formulate your next service or product description.
