Employees Information Security (m/f/d)

Further development of information security through the design, implementation and continuous improvement of the company-wide information security concept Close technical cooperation with the IT department, management and other business areas on information security and data protection Development, maintenance and implementation of security policies, IT emergency plans, processes and concepts for prevention, detection and response to security incidents Operational supervision of the data protection and information security management system (DSMS/ISMS) Planning, coordination and implementation of technical and organizational measures (TOMs) in coordination with various locations and departments planning, implementation and follow-up of internal and external audits in the field of data protection and information security; Ensuring compliance with applicable standards and legal requirements (GDPR, ISO 27001, BSI basic protection) Conception and implementation of training, awareness campaigns and awareness-raising measures to promote the safety awareness of all employees Participation in cross-departmental projects for information security and implementation of risk analyses and derivation of appropriate countermeasures

Complete vocational training in the IT field, e.g. as a specialist informatics (m/w/d) for system integration or data and process analysis, or a completed study of (economic) informatics, IT security, information management or a comparable subject Funded technical know-how in the areas of cloud computing, network security, Windows, web and database security as well as extensive experience in the design, implementation and administration of modern IT and security architectures – including incident management and business continuity Practical experience in building and securing cloud environments (especially Microsoft Azure) as well as integration of modern security concepts into existing IT architectures; in addition, well-founded knowledge in the administration and optimization of firewall solutions (especially fortinet) and VPN infrastructures Funded technical know-how in the areas of cloud computing, network security, Windows, web and database security as well as extensive experience in the design, implementation and administration of modern IT and security architectures – including incident management and business continuity Experience in the operation and development of ISMS and DSMS structures as well as in the planning and implementation of training, audits and awareness measures Very good knowledge of the relevant standards, standards and legal bases, ideally completed further education on the information security officer (m/w/d) and/or data protection officer (m/w/d) Embossed analytical and structured thinking capacity, high architectural understanding, strong safety orientation as well as an independent, result-oriented working and safe occurrence Team spirit, communication strength, initiative as well as a pronounced service and quality awareness
