Function as contact for visitors, employees, service providers, hall rental companies, etc. Care for order, cleanliness and the smooth running in the exhibition Preparation of documents for accounting as well as management of cash registers & schedules Creation of daily accounts, processing of accounting documents incl. inventory and merchandising billing Complete general administrative tasks in daily business and daily reporting on events, visitor numbers etc. Support / pause representation of colleagues (Tageskasse + Merchandising)

Friendly and secure appearance as well as an open and communicative personality Experience in sales and customer consulting Number understanding and accuracy as well as ideal Experience in handling cash systems and MS Office applications (Word, Excel) Very good knowledge of German in word and writing punctuality and reliability Timely flexibility including the willingness to work on weekends and holidays
