Trainee Nursing Management Nursing & Leadership (m/f/d)

Comprehensive insights: You will get to know the hospital system from the Pike and get exciting insights into all areas – from care to administration to medical specialist departments. Practical applications: In several months of use, you rotate through various clinics throughout Germany as well as the Helios headquarters and work directly hand in hand with the care director. Operational & strategic tasks: You are entering operational and strategic topics at an early stage, for example in interface management, optimization of the use of material or planning efficient care processes. Project Responsibility & Management Experience: You independently undertake projects for the further development of the patient: in-house care, conduct cross-departmental tasks and present results before different bodies – so collect You have practical experience for future management tasks in the care sector, e.g. in specialist departments, quality or process management.

Education & Study: You have completed vocational training in health and nursing and ideally a university degree. First practical experience: You provide practical insights into hospitalization, for example through internships, work-studierende activities or similar experiences. Motivation & Learning: You are highly motivated and willing to develop professionally and personally within a short time. Team & communication strength: You like to work in the team, communicate clearly and bring a hands-on mentality. Creativity & Reliability: You are thrilled with new tasks, think creatively and perform your tasks reliably. Flexibility: You are ready to be used in the 24-month trainee program at 4-6 locations throughout Germany.
