IT specialist for system administration and process digitization (m/f/d)

Windows Administration: You ensure the availability, security and performance of our Windows server and client environment. This includes the administration of Active Directory, the management of user accounts, the implementation of updates and the elimination of disruptions. Process digitizer with no-code tools:You analyze existing business processes in different departments, identify optimization potentials and develop tailor-made solutions. With the help of no-code platforms (e.g. from the Microsoft Power Platform environment), you can create intuitive applications and automated workflows to reduce manual tasks and increase efficiency. Interface Management:You act as a translator and intermediary between departments and IT. You take requirements, develop concepts and ensure that the implemented IT solutions optimally support the processes. Network and support: You have a solid basic knowledge in the field of network technology (LAN, WLAN, VPN) and supports the configuration and monitoring of the network infrastructure. At the same time, you are a competent contact for our employees at IT questions and in 1st and 2nd level support. IT documentation and security: The careful documentation of the system landscape and the participation in the implementation of IT security policies are also part of your responsibility.

Training & experience: A completed training in IT (e.g. specialist in system integration) or a comparable qualification. Professional experience in IT system administration, ideally in a producing medium-sized company. Windows knowledge: Finded knowledge in the administration of Windows server and client operating systems as well as in dealing with Active Directory, Group policies, DNS and DHCP. Enthusiasm for no-code: A high affinity for process automation and first practical experience with no-code or low-code platforms (e.g. Microsoft Power Apps, webflow similar tools). You enjoy creating efficient solutions without traditional programming. Process understanding: The ability to quickly think into new business processes and find technical solutions for business challenges. Network basics: Good understanding of network basics and protocols. Personality: You are a team player with strong communication skills, an independent and structured way of working, and a high service and solution orientation. You stay calm with complex inquiries and find pragmatic solutions. Languages: Very good German knowledge in word and writing
