Full support and advice of the executives and employees in all aspects of personnel work, in particular in labour law issues Processing of personal events (e.g. contract creation, assignments, dismissals, hearings of the works council and terminations) Special topics (e.g. harvest time extension, serial letters, certificates) Optimization and further development of processes with focus on legal certainty and practicality Participation in the optimization and digitization of personnel processes Implementation of organisational development issues

Successfully completed commercial training, preferably with additional qualification in the HR sector (e.g. as a HR specialist) Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position Good knowledge of labour law Very good IT user knowledge in MS-365 as well as at best SAP knowledge Secure knowledge of German language in word and writing (at least B2 level) and very good spelling skills Structured, careful and absolutely trustworthy way of working High team and strong communication skills Enthusiasm for operational personnel management and interest in the organisation of personnel work in the company
