Technical support: Support for the review, maintenance and maintenance of air conditioning, clean rooms, laboratories and heating, electrical, water and wastewater plants Plant management: Maintenance of other building systems such as fire detection, alarm, time detection and elevator systems Structural measures: implementation of structural changes and technical adjustments according to requirements Examinations & visits: performing preventive tests and regular visits to technical installations and systems Documentation: Documentation of stock changes and monitoring compliance with applicable regulations and regulations Service provider control: coordination of appointments, supervision of external service providers and control of the work carried out Continuous improvement: support in the optimization of technical installations and processes in building management VEFK function: Depending on the qualification and suitability, takeover of the function as responsible electrical power (VEFK)

Qualification: Successfully completed vocational training as an electrical, heating, ventilation or sanitary technician (w/m/d) or a comparable technical qualification Professional experience: Multiannual experience in building management or in technical building equipment Technical knowledge: Good knowledge in operation, maintenance and maintenance of technical equipment and systems Electrotechnical qualification: The qualification for the responsible electrical power (VEFK) is advantageous or can be acquired in a perspective IT knowledge: Safe handling of the current MS Office applications Communication capability: Embossed communication strength Working methods: Self-employed, structured and quality-conscious Personal competencies: team skills, commitment, initiative and awareness of responsibility Languages: Very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as good English knowledge
