Business Consultant Radiology (m/f/d)

As a Business Consultant (m/w/d), you assume the technical responsibility for the business services assigned to you and act as a central interface between the clinic and IT. You ensure that technical requirements are understood, prioritized and process-oriented – taking into account the end-to-end processes, legal requirements and the overall architecture of the UKSH. You have a comprehensive overview of the UKSH ITSG service portfolio and ensure that the IT services used are optimally adapted to the clinical processes.

Clinical process control Analysis, development and deepening of knowledge of clinical processes through hospitations, interviews and votes Professional management of business services along the end-to-end process logic Assessment and prioritisation of technical requirements regarding benefits, feasibility and strategic orientation Considering legal requirements, guidelines of the specialist companies and the special features of university medicine Service and demand management orchestration of the participating IT services and coordination of interfaces Ensuring a smooth interaction of services to support clinical processes structuring, evaluating and prioritizing technical requirements within the matrix organization Promoting a transparent and consistent demand management process Project management and cooperation Close cooperation with clinics, service owners, team management and project structures Moderation of technical voting and decision-making processes Head of multi-team projects within the KV area Technical cooperation and coordination of cross-disciplinary projects together with the UEPM Building and maintaining a network with other hospitals to identify best practices and market trends Further development and innovation Monitoring the market for relevant IT solutions Identification of optimization and digitization potentials Participation in the further development of the KV service portfolio and governance

With your clinical process understanding and technical know-how, you make a significant contribution to the further development of the UKSH ITSG as a modern solution provider. You provide the basis for standardized clinical processes, efficient digitization, consistent business services and a sustainable strengthening of IT support in the clinical environment.
