Pre-Sales Engineer (m/w/d) – Engineering SaaS (MCAD/ECAD) Oppenweiler | flexible working time | Mobile Working

You understand MCAD/ECAD and make clear decisions with the customer? Then we will look for you as a reinforcement of our sales team! Technical support for sales along the customer journey: Discovery/Workshop - Use Case - Demo - PoC - Decision Implementation of customer workshops (remote/on site) to analyze engineering processes and prioritize appropriate use cases Conception and implementation of demos that clearly translate CAD/ECAD reality (data, changes, handovers) into benefits Planning and control of proof-of-concepts incl. success criteria, setup, schedule and outcome presentation Coordination of technical questions (e.g. integration measures, data flows) with product/engineering as well as ensuring a clean handover to implementation/customer success

Complete technical training (e.g. mechatronics/electronics/technical system planning) or technicians/masters or studies (machine engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics) – the relevant MCAD/ECAD practice is crucial Practical experience in machine/plant engineering in MCAD or ECAD (e.g. SolidWorks/Inventor/NX/Creo or EPLAN/WSCAD/Zuken/AutoCAD Electrical) Understanding of key engineering artefacts: models/signments, piece lists, device/article trunks, change/revisions Ability to receive a structured request as well as to understandable, addressable and user-oriented presentation of technical content Very good German (min. C1) and good English (min. B2) are provided (applications without this knowledge can unfortunately not be taken into account) 20–40% (Workshops & key appointments at the customer) LM/PDM/ERP/MES connection, data formats (STEP, DXF/DWG), standards/standardization in ECAD, first presales/consulting experience desirable
