As a production aider (m/w/d), you are an indispensable part of the production chain and contribute to producing high-quality products. In this role you take different tasks that require team spirit, precision and willingness to use. You are directly involved in the production process and work independently as well as in the team to ensure smooth production.

• You support the production process by operating and monitoring machines.
• You carry out quality controls and make sure that all products meet the requirements.
• You take care of the proper sorting and packaging of the manufactured goods.
• You are responsible for smaller maintenance and cleaning of production facilities.
• You ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards in the workplace.

We are looking for

For the position as a production worker (m/w/d), basic skills and qualifications should be provided that allow you to work in a challenging and dynamic production environment. Experience is beneficial, but also motivated beginners are welcome with us.

• You have first experience in production or are ready to work quickly.
• You bring a quick understanding and physical commitment.
• You are reliable and work exactly, even under time pressure.
• You have good German skills to understand work instructions easily.
• You are a team player who takes responsibility and actively contributes.
