Customer Care Representative (m/f/d)

You are the contact point of our clients and customers by e-mail and telephone Your duties include the clarification of the send-related enquiries by asking the branches and cooperation partners You work with all relevant specialist departments (external service, KAM etc.) You take control and regulation of transport damage and losses You document complaint processes in KISS, Salesforce and SAP Innovation: You bring new ideas and suggestions for improvement into the company with a persuasive power to continuously improve the customer experience

You have successfully completed your commercial training You have very good German knowledge (at least C1) in word and writing You have a high process affinity and your own initiative Your knowledge of the current MS Office applications is pronounced You have a high customer orientation You develop your own ideas and represent suggestions for improvement with persuasion
