Product Manager - SaaS / B2B / Jira / APIs (m/f/d)

Further development & product control: You shape the orientation of our Learning Experience Platform hiveQ and perform new features throughout the entire life cycle – from the requirement survey to conception and implementation to the go-live. Requirements Management: You create the communicative and process bridge between business leaders and development. You can structure requirements (epics, user stories, workflows) and are responsible for their quality. Roadmap design: On the basis of your analyses and KPIs, you will design and prioritize the roadmap in close coordination with the management.

Your background: We are open to various training paths. Ideally, you bring a technical background and already have first or more years of experience in the product management of a SaaS product – like in the B2B area. Conceptual & analytical strength: You think networked, can structure complex relationships in a comprehensible way and meet decisions with data-driven and high problem-solving competence. Technical understanding: You have a basic understanding of software development and have basic knowledge in APIs, data models and software architecture. Tools like Jira, Confluence or Figma are not strange to you. Hands-on mentality: You work independently, take responsibility and priority pragmatic. Communication & communication skills: In challenging situations, you can moderate and explain complex topics clearly – both in German and English. Personality & Mindset: You are a technology enthusiast, AI-affin, curious about the e-learning industry and feel comfortable in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
