CNC machine operator (m/f/d)

For our customers, an established metal processing company, we are looking for a CNC machine operator / CNC edger (m/w/d) at the next possible time.

Your tasks:**

• Operation, setup and monitoring of CNC-controlled machining machines
• Adjusting machine parameters and tools according to technical drawings and specification tables
• Implementation of tool changes as needed
• Quality control of manufactured components with regard to dimensional accuracy, quality and completeness
• Removal of effluent disorders on CNC cutting benches or Introduction of measures
• Analysis of fault causes for sustainable troubleshooting
• Performance of maintenance and cleaning after a specified maintenance plan
• Monitoring of maintenance intervals and introduction of necessary measures

Your profile:**

• Complete training in the metal sector, e.g. as a machine and plant leader, industrial mechanic, construction mechanic or comparable
• Experience in handling CNC-controlled machines, ideally CNC cutting benches
• Secure reading of technical drawings
• Quality awareness and independent and reliable operation
• readiness for shiftwork (if necessary)
