Application Manager CRM and Low-Code Platform (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the continuous and fail-safe operation of our IT services cobra, INTREXX, SmartTrack and ProActis. The recording, recording and further processing of requirements of the systems is in your hands. In addition, you perform 2nd level support for these products and coordinate 3rd level support, including documentation of the processes. You communicate with the software manufacturers, clients and our IT areas and tune the release and rollout plans. As part of application management, you are responsible for the change processes. Finally, you opt for the existing applications and support them in various other projects.

You have successfully completed your training as a specialist or similar training. You have experience in dealing with CRM systems, low-code platforms. You are a communicative team player who brings a high service and customer-oriented working. Secure language skills in both German (C1) and English. You have already gained experience in coordinating external service providers. Safe handling of databases and interfaces complete your profile.
