What counts

Complete training in the field of heating, air conditioning, ventilation or sanitary technology (e.g. plant mechanic HKLS, mechatronics for refrigeration) Continuing training to master, technician or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in technical facility management or in the operation of technical installations leadership experience desirable Secure technical understanding, organizational talent and sense of responsibility Customer-oriented, independent and structured operation Communication strength and team capacity Knowledge in MS Office and ideally in CAFM systems

Your contribution to us

Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of technicians and technicians in the field of HKLS Organisation, coordination and control of all technical processes in responsibility Ensuring proper operation, maintenance and maintenance of HKLS systems Planning and implementation of maintenance, troubleshooting and optimization Ensuring compliance with legal regulations, safety standards and quality guidelines Regular coordination with the customer on site and ensuring high customer satisfaction Documentation of the work carried out and preparation of reports and evaluations Support and development of employees as well as operational planning and training coordination
