Regulatory Process Specialist (m/f/d)

What do you expect? Product development: In the new and further development of our financial products, you design and document regulatoryly compliant processes (e.g. CCD 2), which pragmatically meet the requirements of our customers and our operations. Projects: Override responsibility in cross-functional projects with high regulatory coverage and form the interface to our compliance, legal and risk experts. Compliance Advisory: Support Compliance Lead in assessing complex issues and advise Product, Tech, Risk & Management in regulatory decisions on our financial processes. Compliance Organisation: Support the development of modern compliance structures and processes to ensure efficiency, scalability and governance Search & Analysis: Analyze new legal requirements (including MaRisk, KWG) and derive clear, effective process adjustments.

What are you doing? Successfully completed master's degree in law or BWL, ideally combined with a training at a credit or financial service institution Multiannual experience in compliance, regulatory or risk management with a financial service provider or in the relevant consulting environment Hands-on mentality with ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, practical workflows Deep understanding of bank supervisory requirements (MaRisk, KWG etc.) and their processual implementation Experience in the design, optimization and scaling of financial processes, preferably in regulated organisations Communication strength, safe handling of stakeholders at different levels & independent, structured working Very good German and good English skills
