Number: MER0003OCW Our team is responsible for the support of the two PbP-Consolidation Center (CCs) and the entire goods outlet control for all deliveries to our foreign assembly plants in the PbP-Verbund. As an intern in logistics management/control, you support the commercial handling of the contracted service providers as well as the entire team in the cost transparency and evaluations in the abroad delivery processes via our CCs. These challenges await you: Production of declarations of origin for goods delivered to the foreign assembly plant in China incl. Data withdrawal from the SAP-based system GSS (Global Supplier System) and creation of the shipping order Examination of shipping invoices in import as well as corresponding processing of workflows in SAP Development of solutions of the interfaces between Mercedes-Benz AG and external partners (reed companies), regular participation and maintenance of appointments with external partners as well as the audit for technical exchange Creation and maintenance of process images, presentations and work instructions in various fields of activity Examination of permissions for granting access to Mercedes-internal systems to external service providers in the Entry Management Tool (EMT) Processing permission management in SAP: Creating and deleting users for logistics service providers, resetting passwords and sharing permissions for users in GSS Classic Creation and analysis of container reports, as well as maintenance of relevant logistics key figures for the plant in the USA Support in the operational day-to-day business and take over additional tasks in the commercial sector, cooperation in the preparation of bills and audits of the service providers The internship can start from August 2025.
