Construction Manager Building Construction Projects - Lph 8 HOAI / VOB (m/f/d)

You take over the responsible construction management, control and monitoring of demanding construction projects (Lph. 8 HOAI) and support our team in project preparation through your experience (Lph. 6-7 HOAI) You coordinate all the works, planners and subcontractors involved in the construction, bring about clarifications and can examine and evaluate suggestions for changes and alternatives. You monitor compliance with quality standards, appointments, cost plans and the statutory regulations on occupational safety You carry out regular construction site visits and construction meetings, document the progress of the building and technically accept the services provided You know the necessary written communication and ensure the best possible execution of your projects You are the key contact person for the management of issues relating to construction workflow, construction site organisation and detailed design

You have a successfully completed degree in civil engineering, architecture or a further education as a construction engineer / master (m/w/d) You bring well-founded professional experience in the construction management as well as solid knowledge in the VOB and the relevant building regulations, at least 7-8 years of experience in all areas You'll be sure to revise with common tendering and scheduling software (e.g. MS Project, ORCA AVA) and can initiate others You draw your attention through enforcement, negotiation skills and communication strength in dealing with customers and construction companies, authorities and subcontractors You can respect the contractor, but you can enforce and justify the interests of the contractor and our design idea as needed A class B licence should be available.
