You are responsible for the implementation and compliance of care concepts and care standards You organise and monitor the processes in the housing communities and ensure effective cooperation between the various specialists You ensure that the care documentation and the billing are carried out according to the legal requirements You are contact persons for residents and their relatives and ensure good communication and cooperation with doctors and other medical institutions You lead and motivate a team of nurses and support staff planning and development You work closely with other departments and partners of the company to ensure optimal care for patients You help to continuously improve the quality of care services and support the implementation of quality management processes.

Complete training for examinated nursing staff as well as a further training for nursing staff.
