Expected: completed university or bachelor studies in the field of technical building equipment – utility technology, building technology (RLT, heating, sanitary, building automation) or a comparable degree extensive expertise and many years of relevant professional experience (at least three years) in the management, planning and execution of high-quality construction measures in the field of building technology in sophisticated, technically complex buildings or Real estate in the case of officials, a grade of grade up to A 13G BBesO and a career qualification for the senior technical administration service. An adjustment is made in the pay group 13 TVöD Bund, as far as the personal requirements are met. The current pay table and the pay calculator can be found at oeffentlicher-dienst.info. The weekly working hours are 39 hours per week for employees and 41 hours per week for persons under official control. Depending on the applicant's situation, an over-tariff advance payment of levels and an additional temporary allowance of up to 1,500 euros can be considered monthly. Until the fulfilment of the personal requirements (including the long-term practical experience of the profession), only a grouping according to the pay group 11 TVöD is possible. After that, a height-growth is automatically grouped according to the pay group 13 TVöD Bund. Internal tariff workers are advised that the service is only temporarily transferred during the trial period of up to 6 months and that during the trial period no higher grouping takes place, but a supplement is made in accordance with the conditions. § 14 para. 3 TVöD is paid. The possibility of taking over into an official's relationship is possible in the event of the presence of the conditions under civil law.
