Expert in communication, operations and infrastructure management (m/f/d)

You take on the planning, development and administration of communication systems as well as the associated operating, infrastructure and special components in the KRITIS and Office environment incl. Ensuring stability, availability and service quality. You are also responsible for the operation, development and integration of alarm mangement, control center communication and adjacent critical infrastructure systems. You will continue to develop the system landscape to ensure information, operational and security of supply, taking into account future requirements and developments in the operating, infrastructure, KRITIS resilience and technological transformation market. You will also participate in group-wide and cross-departmental measures and projects at the interface to infrastructure, operations, information security and service management. You take the process responsibility for services offered including operating processes, technical documentation, standardization and continuous improvement of system and service quality.

You have a completed study of (economic) informatics, communications technology, electrical engineering or a comparable training with many years of practical experience in communication systems, IT operation or technical infrastructure. In addition, you bring multi-year experience incl. Certification in the construction, administration, operation, support and development of telecommunication systems from the manufacturer Mitel, audio codes, sinus NT and Microsoft teams. You have experience and references in the construction of large-scale systems (> 3000 ports) as well as care and further development of distributed and networked system landscapes with high demand for availability, stability and scalability. In addition, you have sound knowledge of Unix-based operating systems, basic infrastructure, technical platforms and understanding of APIs, data flows, automation and IT security requirements. You will also draw your attention through strategic and holistic thinking, a pronounced solution and service orientation, as well as very good communication skills, and you will be able to intervene professionally between operation, infrastructure, security and the specialist area.
