Software Consulting Specialist (m/f/d)

In one of our business cells, you will join your team with several customer organisations – mainly from healthcare, firefighters and rescue services. Your task: to design TIMEOFFICE features in such a way that the app can move even more and to accompany our customers that this ''movability'' becomes fully effective. These include: Advice and support of our customers in the introduction and positioning of TIMEOFFICE as well as qualification of benefiters. Determination and translation of customer requirements into technical implementation concepts and good workflows. Implementation of individual regulations (e.g. legal, collective or operational) by parameterization and implementation of new BI rules in C#. Installation of interfaces and technical adjustments in Windows, Web and Mobile environments. Customer support during ongoing operation through support, training and workshops. Participation in projects for product development, quality assurance and market positioning of your cell. In short, you combine consulting, conception, technology and customer relationship – and make sure that TIMEOFFICE works, thrills and grows with our customers.

A completed study or training in the field of IT, engineering or related to personnel planning – or comparable professional experience. Joy in direct dialogue with customers, imparting knowledge and taking responsibility for successful solutions. A good technical understanding (Windows, Web, Mobile) and ideally programming knowledge in C# / .NET. The ability to understand and implement legal and collective agreements. Structured, conscientious work and attention to detail. Self-organization, team spirit and desire for new topics.
