With our subsidiary CHEFS CULINAR, we supply customers throughout Germany and neighbouring countries as industry leader in wholesale delivery. In addition to six shopping centers in northern Germany, including in Flensburg, Kiel and Lübeck also with its own CITTI food specialist markets, the globally active HMS Hanseatic Marine Services is one of us. Our over 300-person IT department contributes decisively to our growth and success. In addition to software development, this includes the control and networking of IT systems, the development and implementation of security architecture, the entire IT operation of all applications and systems hosted in their own data center, as well as IT support and the organisation and implementation of IT strategy projects. Information Security Manager (m/w/d)

Control, development and continuous improvement of the ISMS according to ISO/IEC 27001 Planning, implementation and monitoring of internal and external audits including follow-up of measures and finding Monitoring and ensuring regulatory and legal requirements, in particular in the context of NIS2 Directive, General Data Protection Regulation and KRITIS Implementation and further development of information security and risk management Creation of management reports, guidelines, security concepts and documentation Advising departments and management on information security and compliance issues Coordination and follow-up of security measures and continuous improvement of existing processes Support for awareness actions, training and awareness campaigns Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, auditors and service providers Use and development of GRC processes and supporting tools

Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, information security or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in Information Security, ISMS, Governance, Risk & Compliance or Audit Management Knowledge of relevant standards and regulatory requirements, in particular ISO/IEC 27001 Experience in handling audits, risk analysis and security processes Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation Embossed communication and consulting skills Safe appearance to management and departments Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
