Engineer (m/w/d) As Machine and Plant Manager (m/w/d) at Bagusat, you work at the heart of our company in Geretsried and are responsible for the smooth operation of our production facilities. You ensure a consistently high quality of our products and find the right solutions in the case of quality deviations or disturbances in the production process. Depending on the production plant, you as a machine and plant manager (m/w/d) assume the following tasks: Operation and monitoring of state-of-the-art heating and filling systems incl. Quality control of our products and responses for deviations Operation of short-term heating systems of fruit preparations and fermentation of dairy products including Filling of fruit preparations and weighing in containers Order-related documentation and billing of production orders Cleaning of production plants according to prescribed work instructions Implementation of inspections and maintenance work on production machines Fixing disruptions in the production process, possibly with the Team Technik Compliance with hygiene directives, work instructions and regulations Environmental protection and quality management

Ideally a completed training with a technical focus (e.g. mechatronics (m/w/d), mechanic (m/w/d)) or in the food craft (e.g. food technologe/-techniker (m/w/d), baker (m/w/d), cook (m/w/d))) Good knowledge of German in word and writing ready for shift work in the 3-shift system and weekend Exact working, strong quality awareness, high sense of responsibility and very good teamability
