Your tasks include the professional and disciplinary leadership of the department, as well as ensuring the time-, quality- and targeted performance. In addition, you are responsible for the cross-site project and capacity planning, monitor delivery dates and control active time management taking into account resources and bottlenecks. In addition, you coordinate the coordination with the business units, manufacturing areas, as well as purchasing and logistics and ensure a smooth flow of information between all parties. In addition, you are responsible for the planning processes in the field of assemblies, prioritize multi-projects and solve cross-site bottlenecks through coordinated order planning. You contribute to the assignment of performance volumes to the works, create final collection lists and support the higher-level master planning. You drive forward the continuous optimization of the planning processes and work closely with the participating specialist departments and staff members to successfully implement the project objectives.

You have a degree in economic engineering, business management or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you bring an additional qualification in value analysis or value flow analysis. In addition, you have several years of professional experience in order planning and/or production control. Very good SAP knowledge as well as good MS Office knowledge are assumed; APS identifiers are advantageous. Analytical thinkability, organisational skills and pronounced coordination skills are the key features. First leadership experience as well as team and communication skills complete your profile.
