Graduate in the field of electrical engineering, industrial engineering with electrotechnical reference or further education to the state-tested technician (m/w/d) electrical engineering or comparable Experience in product development, design or variant management of electrical components Experience in building or developing standardization, modularization or modular concepts Good understanding of technical relationships and economic impact of technical decisions Structured, analytical and independent operation Ability to penetrate and simplify complex product landscapes Communication strength and joy in cross-departmental cooperation Secure knowledge of English in word and writing readiness to travel
