Ensuring the frictionless state of the supervised technical building equipment and installations in the areas of heating, sanitary and room air technology Regular maintenance and maintenance Self-balancing of disturbances and optimisation of operations in the objects Control and organisation of necessary specialist companies and subcontractors

Heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitation / mechatronics refrigeration / central heating and ventilation equipment / gas-water installer Ideally with first professional experience, but also professional or technically experienced cross-income with training ambitions are welcome! Customer-oriented, dedicated employees, for which team skills and reliability are of course German level B2 / driving licence class B
