You are the contact person of your agencies for the company Composit Business, here you develop your agencies & support these needs-oriented and fall-closing in consulting and selling corporate business You, together with your team, are responsible for the quantitative and qualitative achievement of the Regional Director, so you can also ensure the implementation of central and regional corporate sales measures in the agencies assigned to you You develop the agencies of your regional directorate through training measures and close accompaniment, even in the customer talk You support the agencies not only in the implementation of campaigns and the expansion of existing customers, but also in the lead-winning and lead-conversion with the aim of new customer acquisition and up- and cross-selling with existing customers For the agencies, you conduct presence events for exchange and know-how transfer If necessary, you support the agencies in corporate and industrial business incidents that are to be solved on site, as well as support in customer discussions
