IT Asset & License Specialist (m/f/d)

For ProMinent IT Consulting GmbH we are looking for an IT Asset & License Specialist (m/w/d).

Licensing and Contract Management: You maintain and manage licenses as well as maintenance contracts, document changes and ensure a complete update for new purchases. Asset management: You manage IT-assets throughout the entire life cycle – from handover with protocol to ongoing inventory care. Troubleshooting: You receive incoming fault messages, register them in the system and initiate first measures to solve the problem. Installation of PCs and notebooks: You install and configure PCs as well as notebooks and ensure functionality.

Education: You have completed training in computer science or have a comparable qualification. Professional experience: You ideally bring first professional experience in a comparable position. Software knowledge: You work safely with MS Office applications (especially Excel), ideally also with SAP. Own initiative: You are characterized by a structured, independent and responsible way of working. Personal strengths: You bring a high level of team spirit and convince by secure, address-oriented communication. Language skills: You speak German at a negotiated level and have good English skills in word and writing.
