Healthcare Billing and Fee Consultants (m/f/d)

Your activity focuses on the personal advice of our members (m/w/d) on all issues related to billing and fees. You carry out individual consultations – from simple questions (“How do I correct this?”) to complex cases with many details. You prepare the conversations carefully, analyze the situation of practice and explain how billing and fees are in the specific case. In direct exchange, you explain relationships in the accounting system in a comprehensible manner, display typical sources of error and help to avoid them. In addition to personal advice: You answer questions in writing and prepare complicated questions in a comprehensible way. You will start evaluations and calculations that support your advice, for example on fee developments or effects of certain billing decisions. You guide information/training events on billing topics – for members, (m/w/d), practical staff or also in professional schools – and convey your knowledge in practice.

Professional qualifications: You have a degree in Business Administration (FH, DHBW, VWA) or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you already have extensive experience in the area of billing, fees or advice in the healthcare sector. You know about the billing system, the billing regulations, billing policies, fees distribution and their impacts – or you are going to get involved in these issues quickly and deeply. You already have knowledge of contract doctor law. Your strengths: You can easily explain complex facts – oral in conversation and in writing in your comments. You convince by communication strength, structured analytical thinking and the ability to take others. You will appear safe and service-oriented, be able to convince and enforce yourself, wherever necessary
