Daily contact with the layer conductor Team meetings as required Cooperation and coordination of warehouse staff within a team Discipline and professional leadership of employees Working with employees Team deployment planning Coordination of tasks according to guidance Responsible for the proper implementation of the defined processes in the warehouse Perform order and cleanliness within a storage area recognition of optimization and improvement potentials and their implementation Monitoring the proper handling of employees with the technical resources used (e.g. forklift trucks, speed runners)

Vocational training: Successfully completed vocational training - ideally as a specialist for warehouse logistics Continuing training/additional qualification expert experience: sound operational experience in the warehouse Remarkable already staff management available in the warehouse Strong communication and enforcement
