Control care area: You are responsible for the professional and organizational control of the care area within your facility. Organize service planning: You first set up service plans and ensure reliable and stable personnel planning. Accompanying exams: You prepare home supervision visits and MD exams and accompany them together with your team.

Qualification as nursing services: You meet the requirements for the nursing service management of a senior institution: completed training as a examinated nursing specialist (age caregiver:in, health care and nursing caregiver:in, nursing care professional/care professional according to § 71 SGB XI, at least 460 h Continuing training) or a postgraduate study. Leadership experience: You have several years of practical and leadership experience in nursing or nursing. Expertise: You are familiar with the professional requirements of care and ensure a high quality of care together with your team. IT know-how: You work safely with common care documentation systems. Organization: You think structured, are well organized and take responsibility. Communication: You are conflictable, go open to people and work confidently with employees, doctors and relatives.
