Senior Expert Global Organizational Design & Transformation (m/w/d)

Blueprint design: You develop and design a globally valid organizational target image (Blueprint) for PERI including structural principles, cluster models and coordination logics, taking into account strategic priorities, growth requirements and regional peculiarities. Governance & decision architecture: You develop and establish governance models, clear decision logics, escalation mechanisms and structural decision systems for our matrix organization. Strategic support: You accompany strategic transformation initiatives and reorganisations End-to-End - from analysis and conception to organisational anchoring and implementation. Executive Consulting: You are Sparring Partner for Top Management, Executive Teams and Senior Leadership in Leading Organisation Decisions Systemic link: You ensure the organizational feasibility of our models and work closely with HR IT and Compensation & Benefits to map organizational and role models in SuccessFactors. Stakeholder & Governance Network: You coordinate closely with Group HR functions (C&B, HRBP, HR IT), the transformation PMO, international regions and the works council — and control complex interests across hierarchy levels and culture spaces. Future of Work & KI: You will explore technological developments, in particular in the field of AI and automation, analyze their potential impact on organizational structures and guide impulses for future organizational models.

A completed degree in business, economics, organizational psychology, economic psychology, social sciences or a related degree course — or a comparable qualification from practice. Further training in systemic organizational development, change management or business design are a plus. Long-standing expertise: several years (approximately 7-10) relevant professional experience in organizational development, organisational design or transformation environment, of which ideally several years in a management or strategy consulting with focus on OE or operating model design, or in a comparable internal function in a globally operating matrix organization. System & Structure Knowledge: A deep understanding of governance systems, operating models as well as good knowledge of HR system landscapes and an understanding of the organizational mapping of structures and roles in systems such as SuccessFactors. Conceptual strength: You think in systems, develop clear conceptual models, and can prepare complex relationships for addressing. Digital vision: enthusiasm and understanding for the organizational impact of digital technologies (such as AI and automation) on modern job architectures. Personality strength: Impressed communication and moderation strength in dealing with top management, diplomatic skills in the management of interests of international stakeholders and enforcement.
