Perform standardized Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) to superconducting components for SIS100 after predefined test sequences Analysis of measurement results with review for physical plausibility and compliance with acceptance criteria documentation of the measurement results and responsible approval of test sections and coordination with the test stand controller Preparing and performing advanced tests in case of non-conformities on test objects Error diagnosis and development of solution proposals in the field of measurement technology Preparation of test setups in close cooperation with the participating specialist groups.

Completed degree (Master or Diploma (University)) in Applied/Technical Physics or Engineering, Department of Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification and ideally a master thesis in the field of superconducting magnetic technology or low-temperature physics Good knowledge and professional practice in at least one of the following areas: electrical measurement technology, accelerator physics, measurement data acquisition and data analysis, low temperature physics Know-how in the handling of measurement systems for determining electrical parameters Knowledge of data collection systems and analysis methods Safe handling of MS Windows and Linux operating systems as well as MS Office applications Self-employed, structured working methods with a high degree of self-initiative and responsibility as well as a very good teamability and loadability Very good English knowledge in word and writing and ideally good German knowledge.
